Very nice rare handwritten letter written by SS-GruppenfuhrerArthur Nebe to a General , it is dated 14th September 1940.The letter reads :Dear General , on your birthday may I take the liberty of sending my warmestand most sincere congratulations.Heil HitlerYours always a very devotedNebe.This letter measures 210mm x 140mm and is in excellent condition
