Red Army Propaganda Leaflet to Encourage German Soldiers to Surrender entitled "German Soldiers are in the Front. The SS are inside the country". This tries to explain that wehereas WH soldiers are dying in the front, SS aren’t fighting for Germany. This leaflet could be used as safe-conduct pass to surrender to Red Army.
