Lot 890:
Ultra rare and inedit photo taken by German occupiers of 3 Jews being humiliated in some Ghetto in Poland. We can see 4 orthodox Jews and one of them is being carried in a horse car. He’s wearing the talit and hat and he’s holding a sign that reads: "Wir wollten den Krieg, den wir auch bezhalen" that can be translated like "we wanted a war which we also pay for". This is related to the accusations of the Nazis against the Jews of having caused the war. These humiliations were common in ghettos to denigrate the Jews.
