The newspaper contains information about the appointment of Grand Duke Constantine to the regiment in Grodno, information about the funeral ceremonies of the late Russian Emperor Alexander I, about the gas explosion at the factory in Maiden Lane, Great Britain, and a description of Napoleon’s tomb on Saint Helena.
